A friend and training partner for over 20 years, Grandmaster Sergio Barriga is the founder of Shim Shin Do, The Art Of Spirit, Mind, And Body. The movement style is identical to that of Dynamic Self Defense with some unique aspects per Grandmaster Barriga's over 45 years of Martial Arts training and experience. Now based out of the Tampa Florida area, Grandmaster Barriga teaches and oversees a number of successful schools in the Tampa area and has close ties with  Martial Arts Hall of Fame members such as Bill "Superfoot" Wallace, Kung Fu Master Cynthia Rothrock, and Don "The Dragon" Wilson. He has is also affiliated with famous MMA fighter Dan "The Beast" Severn.
