Almost all of our techniques are designed to to enable a smaller person to effectively counter a much larger and stronger opponent.

Because our entire curriculum is reality-based (no time wasted on competitive tournaments or fancy traditional movements), you'll develop useful and practical self-defense skills at a much quicker pace than at most "karate" schools.  We teach practical self defense.

Because of our safe, non-competitive family environment, you'll have fun getting a great workout and you'll meet wonderful people as you develop skills that could someday save your life or that of your family.

In addition to our regular martial arts curriculum, we offer specialized women's self defense courses ranging from two hours to twelve hours (depending on the needs of your group).
