SPECIALIZED SERVICES
In addition to our regular classes, we offer the following
specialized courses. Any of these courses may be tailored
to your individual needs or the needs of your group.

Private Instruction:
For those who wish to learn at a more accelerated pace (special
rates for couples and semi-private groups).

The Women's Course:
Practial and easy to learn self-defense techniques (no athletic
ability required). Also includes rape prevention and
personal safety and awareness tips. Promotes personal
empowerment.

Executive Self Defense:
Travel and workplace safety and awareness tips combined with
practical self defense training for all situations.

Defense and Control Course:
For law enforcement and security personnel only. Personal defense
techniques and strategies combined with practical and easy to
apply control and arrest techniques. All takedown techniques
end with handcuffing.

Accredited and Non-Accredited Martial Arts and Self-Defense Courses:
Offered through Kennesaw State University, Department of HPS (Physical
Education), and Department of Continuing Education.

After-School Program for Elementary and Middle School Students:
Kids have fun while developing focus, discipline and respect for authority.
